The hotel had clean and quiet rooms, with some setup quirks but overall nice. The service was friendly and accommodating, although a bit rude at times. The location was convenient for us but with some navigation challenges. The dining experience was thorough but not free. The facilities were suitable, with room for improvement.

Upon arrival, the hotel had a bit of a funny odor, but the room itself was clean and had an updated TV. The standard room was nice with added touches like a Keurig. However, the service was a bit too busy at times and there were communication issues, such as reporting in broken English that there was only one cook in the kitchen. The location had its downsides with challenging parking arrangements, but it was safe and near various shopping areas. The dining experience had its flaws, particularly in terms of limited options for certain dishes and the need for additional servers to keep up with demand. On the bright side, the hotel was business-friendly with convenient access to key locations. The facilities seemed to meet basic needs but nothing extraordinary was noted.

The hotel's setup was a bit awkward with closet doors that opened outwards, close to the entrance, and a bathroom door that also opened outwards, uncommon but not a big issue. The cleanliness could have been better with sticky residue on the nightstand. However, the rooms were perfect and very clean.
